Caremark North Norfolk & Great Yarmouth

At Caremark North Norfolk & Great Yarmouth, our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, professional care that enables people to live safely and happily in the place they know best  their own home.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, which is why we take time to get to know you and create a personalised care plan that fits around your lifestyle, routines, and preferences. Whether it’s a little extra help around the house, support getting out and about, or regular companionship to brighten your day, our dedicated care team is here to make life easier and more enjoyable.

Our services include:

  • Companionship & emotional support – friendly visits, conversation, and reassurance to help reduce loneliness and build confidence.

  • Home help & daily living support – assistance with shopping, meal preparation, light household tasks, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.

  • Community access – support with attending appointments, social activities, or enjoying local events, so you can stay connected with your community.

  • Flexible domiciliary care – from occasional visits to more regular support, always tailored to your needs.

We are proud to serve communities across North Norfolk, including Cromer, East Runton, Holt, Hoveton, North Walsham, Sheringham, Wells-next-the-Sea, and nearby villages.

With Caremark, you’ll find a team who genuinely care about making a positive difference. Our carers are trained, reliable, and passionate about supporting people to live independently with dignity, respect, and peace of mind.

Sarah Millard

Manager

I joined Caremark North Norfolk and Great Yarmouth in September 2025 to lead the launch of a new branch, an exciting opportunity to grow the business from the ground up. With 30 years of experience across the care sector, including training and teaching, I bring deep knowledge and passion to the role. Outside of work, I’m a parent of three, and I enjoy travelling, reading, and cheering on my daughter at football matches each weekend.
